Can I use Everyy for my business?

Yes. Everyy Business gives you Business local and Dollar accounts, a product catalogue, customer replies, order capture, payment matching, invoices, expense tracking and books that update automatically. Ask it how much you made today and it knows.

Can Everyy post to my social media?

Yes. Send Everyy a photo or a video and it edits it, writes the caption and hashtags, and posts to Instagram, TikTok and Facebook on your behalf once you approve. It can also tell you how your accounts are doing: followers, reach, best-performing posts and the best time to post.

Does Everyy reply to my customers?

It can answer questions from your catalogue, take orders and share your payment details. You stay in control of prices, stock and what gets posted.

Can Everyy use my existing WhatsApp Business number?

Yes. If you use the WhatsApp Business app, you connect your number to Everyy through Meta's official connection in about two minutes, and you choose whether to share your past chats. Customers keep messaging the number they know. Everyy answers from your catalogue and policies, takes orders and bookings, and hands you anything it can't answer; chats stay in sync on your phone, and you can disconnect any time from the app's settings. A few app features change while connected: broadcast lists become read-only, and disappearing messages, view-once and live location turn off in one-to-one chats. Groups and calls work as before, and Everyy does not see your groups.

Can Everyy deliver my orders?

Yes, where a delivery partner covers you. When an order is paid, say "book a rider for order #1042" and Everyy books pickup from you to the customer's address, shows you the fee and whether it's charged to the customer or absorbed by you, and sends the customer the rider's details, a delivery code and progress updates. The delivery fee is recorded in your books.

Can customers book appointments with my business?

Yes. If you run a salon, barbershop, tailoring shop, clinic, tutoring or any business that works by appointment, add your services, prices and open times and share your Everyy link. Customers pick a time in the chat and pay a deposit or the full price into your business account. Everyy reminds both of you the day before, applies your cancellation and deposit rules, and books every payment under Sales.

Can I pay my whole team at once?

Yes. Send Everyy a screenshot of your salary list, upload a spreadsheet or PDF, or just say the names and amounts. Everyy reads the list, checks each account name, shows you the total, and pays everyone with one PIN. You can queue the same list for payday every month, and every payment is booked under Staff.

Can I book travel or send gift cards for my business?

Yes. Book flights and eSIMs for staff from your business account, with tickets and install links sent to them on WhatsApp, and send gift cards to customers or staff in bulk. Every receipt is filed in your books under Travel, Marketing or Staff.

Can my business have cards?

Can I keep personal and business separate?
