The service
Everyy is a technology service that lets you manage money, business and everyday life through conversation on WhatsApp. Everyy is not a bank, a medical provider or a travel agent. Accounts, cards, foreign exchange and other regulated financial services are provided by licensed partners; healthcare by licensed doctors, pharmacies and laboratories; flights, eSIMs and gift cards by partner providers, each under their own terms.
Your account
You must be 18 or over, eligible in your market and complete verification. Keep your transaction PIN private. You are responsible for actions confirmed with your PIN.
Confirmations
Everyy shows you what will happen before any transfer, payment, conversion, booking or purchase. Nothing executes until you confirm with your PIN. Once confirmed, transactions may not be reversible.
Groups
You can add Everyy to a WhatsApp group. Everyy only acts on messages addressed to it. Group members can ask for information and request payments, but money only moves when the account owner confirms with their PIN.
Cards
Everyy Card is issued by a licensed partner and subject to that partner's cardholder terms. You can freeze, unfreeze and set limits from the chat. Report a lost card or a charge you don't recognise straight away.
Everyy Health
Everyy Health helps you describe symptoms, offers general guidance and connects you to licensed professionals. It does not diagnose, prescribe or replace medical advice. Diagnosis, prescriptions and treatment decisions come from the licensed doctor you consult. Do not use Everyy in an emergency: call your local emergency number.
Flights, eSIMs and gift cards
Flights are provided by airlines and travel partners under their own fare rules, including change and refund conditions, which Everyy shows you before you confirm. eSIMs are provided by partner networks and are non-refundable once installed. Gift cards are only available for brands Everyy has enabled in your country, are non-refundable once the code is delivered, and are subject to the brand's own terms.
Fees
Any fee is shown before you confirm a transaction, booking or purchase.
Waitlist and messaging
By joining the waitlist you agree to receive one WhatsApp message from Everyy when the service is live in your country. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Everyy for unlawful activity or in a way that harms other users, partners or the service.
Liability
Everyy provides the service with reasonable care. Regulated financial services, healthcare and travel are delivered by the partners named above under their terms, and Everyy is not responsible for their performance beyond what the law requires.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
